YESIM YUVA

After receiving my diploma degree in Business Studies from the University of Cologne, with specialization in marketing, media management and economic psychology I started to work full-time in the creative production agency Ivory Entertainment, from 2008 till 2013. During my tenure, I planned and organized international events, product presentations, fashion shows and film-, photo- & videoproductions for numerous and renowned clients.

In 2014 I began a new venture as a freelance Project Manager working with well-known agencies in the fashion, lifestyle, music, e-commerce and automotive sector to support the event with an absolute passion for effective project planning and implementation. My capability and expertise have allowed me to work with many of the world’s leading organizations and best-known brands such as ARMANI, VOGUE and HUGO BOSS to deliver some of their largest projects, alongside smaller high-end events and productions.

Through more than 120 completed projects, I have maintained the capacity to adapt quickly and use my strong time management, organizational and adminstrative skills to create successful outcomes in order to enhance the delivery of my clients’ demands and expectations.

My first cooperation with IMG started with the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in Berlin. Since then, I have been responsible for the preparation and production of more than 20 shows during 6 Fashion Weeks in Berlin. Due to the close teamwork with IMG I also had the chance to become the head of backstage management of the first Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in Istanbul. Due to the resounding success of the initial Fashion Week, I have worked for 6 seasons, building and leading teams, coordinating designer meetings as well as show processes and ensuring a smooth production flow in the backstage area.

With an ever-present focus on my clients’ needs, I tailor everything to reach an excellent output by beeing extremly detail oriented, productive, initiative, efficient and make the project goal my own.
